EVALUASI KETANGGUHAN KOTA TERHADAP BENCANA BANJIR TAHUNAN DI KELURAHAN PETAMBURAN, DKI JAKARTA

Kelurahan Petamburan tercatat menjadi salah satu kelurahan di DKI Jakarta yang selalu terdampak banjir tahunan, dilihat dari kepadatan penduduk dan kontur yang dimilikinya Kelurahan Petamburan memiliki risiko bencana yang cukup besar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : (1) Mengidentifikasi kondisi bencana banjir yang terdapat di Kelurahan Petamburan. (2) Mengetahui seberapa jauh sarana dan prasarana evakuasi eksisting di Kelurahan Petamburan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan terhadap ketangguhan bencana banjir (3) Menyimpulkan tingkat ketangguhan Kelurahan Petamburan terhadap bencana banjir guna menyusun sebuah rekomendasi perencanaan evakuasi banjir Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis rekonstruksi banjir, kesesuaian lahan evakuasi serta analisis tingkat resiliensi. Hasil penelitian menununjukan bahwa Kelurahan Petamburan memiliki ketangguhan pada tingkat menengah atau Madya, hal ini dikarenakan fasilitas yang tidak mampu mengakomodasi kebutuhan masyarakat terdampak banjir secara keseluruhan. Dari hasil simulasi banjir yang di estimasi secara spasial bahwa tingkat ketangguhan Kelurahan Petamburan dalam menghadapi banjir ada pada ketinggian 140 cm dari muka tanah.

(2) Knowing how far the existing facilities and infrastructures are in KelurahanPetamburan in meeting the needs of flood disaster resilience (3) Summing up the level of resilience of Petamburan Village to flood disaster to compile a recommendation for flood evacuation planning The research method used is quantitative qualitative using analysis of flood reconstruction, suitability evacuation land and resilience level analysis. The results of the study indicate that the KelurahanPetamburan has resilience at the middle or middle level, this is because the facilities that are not able to accommodate the needs of the community are affected by floods throughout. From the results of the flood simulation, it is estimated spatially that the level of resistance of the Kelurahan Pambamband in facing up to a flood is at an altitude of 140 cm from the ground
